The best lesson my parent taught me was that to never let anyone talk down to me. My dad basically made sure that I would always stand up for myself. He always told me that if I couldn’t stand up for myself I would have a horrible life and always have people taking advantage of me. He told me that I can always stuck up for myself and still is considered an all right person if I did it in the right way.  Now days I know how to handle myself, kind. I have a really bad temper though and that usually comes out when I am trying to stick up for myself and I usually end up in a fist fight but hey that’s how some things go. I have come to be a very straightforward person and someone who will always stick up for themselves and others who won’t stick up for themselves. It really bugs me when I see kids or nerds get picked on because I know they are so scared inside and I can’t really do anything about it because I don’t want to stick my nose into it. But I can  almost bet that one day they will stick up for themselves. You know, I heard that 85.5% of violence is caused by hurt, mistreated, and abused kids. If we don’t do something about this someday then what will the world lead to. What kind of danger could our kids and their kids be in for.
